MOROYAL INC provides services across multiple divisions:

2.1 Warehousing & Logistics

We offer warehousing, prep, e-commerce logistics, and related B2B solutions. You agree to provide accurate, complete information when using
our logistics services. We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by inaccurate information, improper packaging, or third-party carriers.

2.2 Wellness & Health Products

We supply wellness products such as vitamins, electrolytes, collagen, and related items. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat,
cure, or prevent any disease. We make no medical guarantees or warranties beyond product descriptions provided by brands.

2.3 Custom 3D Printing & Memorial Art

We offer custom 3D design and printing services. By submitting photos, designs, models, or other materials, you confirm that:

  • You own or have the right to use all content you upload
  • You grant us permission to print, adapt, and process designs as needed for production
  • Custom orders are final and non-refundable once production begins

 

3. Orders, Payment & Billing

By placing an order with us, you agree that:

  • All information you provide (including company details, shipping information, and billing details) is accurate and complete
  • You have legal authority to make the purchase on behalf of yourself or your organization
  • Payment must be received before service delivery unless a separate written agreement is in place

We reserve the right to refuse any order, correct pricing errors, or close accounts at our discretion.

 

4. Shipping, Delivery & Fulfillment

For logistics or product shipments:

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees unless expressly agreed in writing
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other events beyond our control
  • Once goods are transferred to a carrier, the risk of loss passes to you or your organization

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping details and for any additional costs caused by incorrect information.

 

5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

5.1 Wellness Products

For hygienic and safety reasons, wellness products are typically non-refundable unless:

  • The product is defective
  • The wrong product was shipped

All return or replacement requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery and are subject to our review and approval.

5.2 Custom 3D Items

Custom 3D models, memorial art, and personalized designs are non-refundable once production has started, as they are tailored
specifically to your request.

5.3 Logistics Services

Service fees for warehousing, handling, or fulfillment already performed are non-refundable. Any cancellation of ongoing services must be agreed
upon in writing.

 

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, 3D designs, and software, is owned by MOROYAL INC or our licensors and is
protected by intellectual property laws.

You agree not to:

  • Copy, reproduce, or redistribute Website content without permission
  • Use our trademarks, logos, or branding without written consent
  • Reverse-engineer or attempt to obtain the source code of any proprietary systems

Content uploaded by you remains your property. However, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and modify such

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not responsible for losses caused by third-party carriers, suppliers, or service providers
  • Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise
